Checking collision in DOP Network

Hey everyone! I just started learning houdini and it is my first ever 3d modelling software that I am learning. I have a little bit of background in coding so I am mainly messing around with VEX. I just wondered if there is a way to check for a collision in a dop network between an RBD Object and a Static Object. (I am currently using merge for collision but I want to do stuff when the collision occurs) I search the internet but came out emptyhanded.

I have the project as an attachment. I basically want to change the Cd value of the BOUNCY_BOXES object to the current Cd value of the COLORFUL_SPHERE on collision.

you are able to treat rbd objects (when they are packed prims) like pop points. so point wrangle dop your way thru the bullet attributes!
