Anyone have an up to date solution, (for which many of us would pay), to the issue of labs mapbox resolution? Mapbox on steroids was great but won't work with newer versions. Foolish I know but It's reasonably important in the pipeline for one of my projects....

Happy Friday!

Very kind Faitel,

I get this when trying to generate 16k textures though. That last line sounds impressive.

Hi Faitel,

thanks for this, managed to get it working. Cheeky to ask, but I don't suppose theres an option to get an hda rather than an hdalc?

cheers,

A.

Careful with using the downloaded data in commercial projects. It's a big no-no. (Not saying that you do, but for awareness)

I wrote to Stanislav [www.youtube.com] the author of the original Mapbox on steroids and he was kind enough to upgrade the asset to fully commercial HDA and place it on Gumroad.
You can download it here: https://bereg.gumroad.com/l/IMnXfK [bereg.gumroad.com]

Sorry to revive this old post, but has anyone been able to get OSM data to download successfully with mapbox on steroids? I just end up getting zero byte osm files, or sometimes ~500 byte, but that output on the mapbox sop is always empty.
