USD particle cache issues

I am having issues to save and render a particle layer as USD, on the farm I am having black frames without errors and my question is:

-What is the best and most efficient way to save particle cache in USD to render on the farm?

I did try to render $F4.usdc multiple frames and stitch them which seemed the most proper way but I am having these issues in several different shots.

Should I have just save on big USDC file for more consistent results?
Is it a bug on the build I am using which is 368 by the way on Windows.

Any tips would be welcome.

Particles are best as per frame, and use usd stitch clip to collect them.

That is what I figured but how about the glitching frames in a Deadline farm?
I am sending the jobs through /out context and having this issue, any tips?
