For interaction ocean and ship i use CookieSOP,

and for emit form ocean spray i use Cusp and Vel parametar form ocean

you should take a look at the “whitecaps” shelf tool. Gets similar looks to your particle spray pretty quickly.

nope, whitecaps just requires a surface.

attached is an example.

I did notice a bug with it however… so you need to make the white caps asset editable, and delete the \ out of the expression for the source pop if putting the tool down from scratch.

but why i open this hip file then shows warning: Skipping unrecongnized parameter “vm_volumefilter”
