Excuse for my noob question, how can create a project folders?
Because i want to load project to any other computer and i want load all texture inside project with relative path.

You would build your Project directory structure by hand, then in houdini save your hip file to that project path.
If you have images referenced in houdini, the hip file will remember the path.
So, you would for instance have an “image” sub-directory in your project from which you would reference you images into the hip session.

Then when moving the Project directory all the sub-directories would go with it and the hip files within will still reference correctly.

Better though would be a central repository of your projects that each machine can access over a network.

What is the difference from *.hip and *.hipnc files?
hipnc is normal hip files with relative path ??

.hipnc is the extension for non-commercial (apprentice) files
