Hi, I want to fill a sphere with a set amount of particles. So far what I did was create a sphere, droped a POP network, then droped a Source node. Next I connect the SOP parmeter in the Source Node to the Sphere, and I set the Emission Type to Volume. The problem is that the particles are not a set amount, there emited over time which is not what i'm looking for. Is there away to not have particles edmited but rather just “be in the volume” as a set number for all time?

try appending an iso offset to your sphere
then set the result to be a fog volume
then append a scatter sop.

This way you can decide exactly how many points fill your sphere

you could then use these points to emit particles from if you are trying to do a particle simulation.
