from reading a few of your other posts I can't find any info on what type of graphics card you have…that is likely the cause of many of your problems…

as for uninstalling…it should be uninstalled just like any other app on mac…but I don't know where you're getting this 660MB on disc…

You may have read that Snow Leopard is not officially supported, due to driver problems outside of Side Effects Software's control.

Thanks for the replies. I'm still new to this and very frustrated. I never had this problem with the first download back in april.

I'm sure 660mb could very well be the expanded size of Houdini on Mac. It's 532Mb on our Linux builds. There are a lot of text files (config, VEX, python source) around the Houdini installation – which actually is it's strength in disguise because much of Houdini can be modified to fit into a production environment – and it you have the option of doing disk-compression on the fly, it'll take up far less actual space.

The trick is to find it. Since their was no uninstaller. No help for that matter. I'm really disappointed.

On OSX, most of the libraries are in HD > /Library/Frameworks/Houdini.framework directory

Since their was no uninstaller.
You should find the uninstaller in /Applications/Houdini10.0.x/Administrative Tools
