is it normal after baking the HDA to foliage actor I lose per instance custom data? I don't get this issue when baked to HISM based actor

Houdini Indie and Apprentice » Houdini Engine : Exposed Render Button not working

Hey All ,
after exposing a render button from the maps baker ( lab tool ) to unreal engine,
it works fine inside houdini .. but inside unreal nothing happens when i click on it
any ideas what it could be ? ( there is no error inside the logs )
EDIT : after trying more stuff i get this error :

the snaping parts works perfect on non eroded terrain .. but when i apply erosion it keep snaping to non eroded terrain version
