Hi! for my submission I am presenting Tommy in a rather pensieve mood. Even though the pose imitates Rodin's thinker, the concept I wanted to get across is “Thought” something that is so ancient it can be traced even further back than the ancient greek philosophers.
Its a simple piece but as always, hope you enjoy!

HOULY Daily Challenge » Day 23 | Worlds: Waterway

For todays submission of water way I decided to not do water… logical right? Instead I decided to get inspired by the song Flying Whales by Gojira! The songs meaning is about how the rising ocean levels may cause one day for us to look up and see whales above our heads as if they were flying. I love the symbolism of the song so I decided to put whales in the Jordan desert!

Hi everyone! For the topic of space I decided to do a fully textured and scale/speed accurate version of our solar system(with the exception of the sun)! The planets can have offseted rotations from the sun and rotation speed can be controlled using a multiplier for better artistic control

HOULY Daily Challenge » Day 19 | Worlds: Peak

Hi all! I am loving every single day of Houly challenges because I get to challenge myself as well into learning new skills! This piece is a short animatic. Its janky and needs tons of refinement as I spent my time learning rigging for the goat and doing animation for the first time in Houdini!
I call this short animatic style piece “The goat that became the G.O.A.T”. Still needs tons of work and much much better editing but I figured for this topic of Peak I wanted to start a short narrative piece of mountain climbing goats which attempt to climb the highest peak. They all fail and die in their pursuit until one goat seeks to achieve this goal to prevent further death rather than personal glory (by now you should realize how sleep deprived I am ). So the goat succeeds where others have failed and has achieved the peak of the mountain and its own ambitions.
The last frame is just a small reference to Wanderer above the sea of fog
I do plan on refining this some day and rendering but there is a lot more work to be done… I bit of more than I can chew haha as always, hope you guys enjoy!
