Hi guys,
I'm recently strated a production for a client that asked me to create a pretty realistic simulation of single piece of grape that have to explode and emit a liquid from the inside. I attached a ref.
Basically i need a flip simulation combined with a soft body.
I was thinking to combine flip with vellum (cause i really like the tearing and breaking feature) but every time i tried to simulate the body of the grape with vellum the result it's always too much “clothy”.
So my second choice was a flip combined with a fem body, but in this case i will not have the “tearing” options that vellum offers.
What do you think will be the best workflow to create this scene, maybe i'm missing something.
Thank you in advice.

Hi guys, this is my very first post here and i think mine is a very basic (and maybe stupid…) question.
I'm new to vex and i recently started to studied it.
I'm simply trying to randomize the lenght of some lines scatterend onto points.
I'm usually doing taht with the copy stamp functions.
How can i do that with vex?
Thank you in advance.
