How divide the polygon 1 between 10 to 43 and 8 to 42 ?
What i want is 3 rectangular polygons (2-6-10-43; 10-8-42-43 ; 8-5-1-42)
If i use divide node, i get 4 polygons (2-6-10 ; 2-10-8-43 ; 8-5-42-43 ; 1-5-42)
And polysplit node doesn't work directly on points.
I know i can delete polygon 1 and make 3 polygons with an Add node, but i want to know if there is a way to do it directly.

Hi,
i'm using Manjaro 64Bits (Arch Linux fork) and i have this error when i want to show help or export a preview in mp4.
./hbrowser-bin: /opt/hfs12.1.230/python/lib/libz.so.1: version `ZLIB_1.2.3.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/libpng16.so.16)
Any help would be great

Solved.
In fact the problem is if you exclude any light on a geometry, instances lights will be exclude too…

I have a setup of instanced lights and all works fine except the reflection of lights on geometry. My instances are in Full point Instancing.
Obviously, the light used for instance object is reflected fine on my geo.
Any idea ?

you simply assign some keywords to lights Categories parameter
then to any object you can add Light Selection parameter and specify keywords there as well
as a result that object will be illuminated just with lights containing any of the keywords on object

Thank you for suggestion.
I already watched it though, and I think it is more like for random rough looking splashes..
I would say not so random because the splashes direction/velocity/alpha/color are based on FLIP fluid simulation.

i exported an ifd sequence without specify the output image.
So by default is ‘ip’ and render in mplay interactively.
When i render in command line with mantra and the -o option, in mplay, the image is what i can excepted, the pic file is created, but is not readable at all, his size is 0 or 4 Ko….
I tested to export another ifd with a path in image output and the pic file is good.
If i can avoid to export again my sequence, it would be helpful
render with H12.0.683

I woud love to check an .hip file if possible : I am trying to make the same kind of stuff so …
I have 3 attributes:
- pscale (for adjust size of characters)
- numcast (between 1 to 45, to identify characters)
value exp: ceil(rand($PT+1232654) * 45)
- instancefile (to get the geometry based on numcast)
value exp: $HIP/geo/public_europe/rocket_casual_bat_`point(“../attrib_numcast”, $PT, “numcast”, 0)`.bgeo
The only trick here is in foreach SOP by ‘Each Attribute Value’ to setup material with an override for ‘BaseColorMap’ based on numcast attribute to avoid oversize memory.
I can uplaod an hip file, but without characters geometry, it's not very helpful. But let me know.
