Hello,

I think i'm stucking in a loop an need your help.
I have a simple pop networt (120 frames in the timeline) where particles are emitted from a single point. The emission type in the pop source is set to "All Points" and i use following expression for the impulse activation "$F%4==0"

My question is if there is a way to drive this expression in combination to a ramp over time? I think of having a higher impulse activation ($F%2==0) for the fist few frames and gradually slow down over time to lets say $F%10==0.

Is there a way to manage this by an expression and a ramp or should i set it up in a different way?

Thanks for your help.

If I understand you right, something like this could work:
You can edit the parameter interface and add an integer parameter that you reference in your expression. Also you would be able to animate this value to your liking.
Is that what you meant?

Oh thank you...that's exactly what i was looking for.
At the end it's as simple as writing that expression.

Thank you for helping.
