Hi,
I have houdini apprentice HD for my desktop computer, but i was wondering if i brought another copy of apprentice HD for my macbook pro could i have the two networked to share rendering and particle effects etc.

Hi,
First of all, welcome to the forums!
If you have a HD license for your desktop & MBP each, you can split up the renders between them or use one machine to write out simulations while working on the other. However, the HD license doesn't allow you to do multihost (multiple machine) or network rendering which is what you're asking.
