I cant seem to animate any parameters of the edit sop.
I can adjust all parameters manually, but can't seem to animate via ALT + LEFT CLICK.

Translate
Rotate
Scale
Shear

Is this normal???

the edit SOP is not for animating.

try a transform SOP instead.

you can also use SoftTransform SOP for transforms with falloff

also, if you've dedicated that much time in your edits, you can have multiple edit nodes branching off from the same output and use a sequence blend/blendshape to animate between their differences..
