I'm trying to learn Houdini and now I have 2 problems: -I've read about this squash and stretch of IK chains but I don't know where to start… Can someone please give me a hint or a short tutorial of this important features in character animation. -And the second problem is that I don't know how to reverse a curve direction. I wanted to make a curve/spline IK and when I attach the curve to the bones, the bones are shifted at the end of the curve. I guess the curve nust be reversed (like Maya reverse tool) or something
To lengthen bones, use expressions in the Bone Length parameter of your bones. Then to contract the bound skin, use a corresponding expression in Top Cap and Bottom Cap of your bone parameters.
To reverse a curve direction, append a Reverse SOP.
