I'm looking on the forum but I don't really find a solution.
I can't use the backticks and square brackets like so many people.
Isn't there another solution than changing your keyboard layout to english?

Hi. Sorry for this not being the solution but wanted to step in and join you in this.

I'm Italian, and i have the same exact problem.
Inside Houdini i cannot make backticks or squareBrackets…and copypasting them is, well, really annoying.

Any solutions?

I think that you are using an italian keyboard layout. I'm using a german layout and if I have to type in backticks or square brackets I switch temporary to a us keyboard layout.

That's the only solution I know of

I have the same problem with spanish keyboard.
In fact I think, linux version has exactly the same problem.
And yes! will be rally good to have international keyboard support in Houdini

Same probs with french keyboard, so please, support international keyboard layout
