Hi,again
I work through basic bones and kinematics
I have two bones, like upper arm and lower arm and set kinematics on normal IK
I have CHOP network editor where I see that node with export flag turned on,and IK solver works as expected, but when turning off export flag to disable IK on my bones nothing happen
I am supposed to freely move my IK null wihout affecting my arm bones.
I can transform my IK null/bones as usuall.
Also,I noticed quite differences in 6.1 from 5.5 whencreating kinematics
in 6.1 I got that KIN_Chops node no metter how many IK's and bones
I make.
And when selecting bones in OBJ Network editor my CHOP network editor
jumps to SOP network editor without to be link to any pane
Strange?
At least for me
Any suggestion?

Best regards,
Ben

you don't need the export flag for kin chops anymore….
to ‘turn off’ you kinimatics, use the ‘blend’ parameter

Hi,actor
I got that blend,it;s set on 1 but I can figure it out how itworks wwith export flag switch
I lowre it just a bit and then it works as export flag off,but to turn in on again double click on export flag again
Realle strange,I have to get used with Houdini kinematics

as arctor said, the export flag doesn't need to be on. it doesn't affect anything in this case.

you can either temporarily disable the kinetmatics by settting the blend to 0 or by hitting the bypass button on your inversekin chop. then move your null around freely. but if you unbypass it or set the blend back to 1, it will snap the bones back in to place with your goal.
