Hi,

This is an image of a simple cookie I am doing.

Its just a box with another box “A minus B”ed out of it.

However, I'm getting this weird connection of the points along the side which isn't facing outwards (from Home.) Noice its from bottom right going up diagnally.

Any idea how to fix this as it is actually getting rendered out?

Nothing terribly weird about this, the cookie cutter always triangulates when it cuts. If you are seeing artifacts in the render try adding a facet sop and pre computing normals. If you really don't want any triangles in the mesh you would have to blast it after the cookie and rebuild it either with polycap or with a divide sop set to divide remove shared edges.
