Can other people who installed this version on OSX confirm if these nodes are working for them?

I tried uninstalling and installing again, didn't help.

Any ideas about how to fix?

It looks like you are at the Object level. The Copy and Scatter nodes are SOPs. So you have to create an object with some geometry, then dive into that object to see the SOPs used to create the geometry for that object. You might want to read through this part of the help:
