So if I freelance, and only produce finished renderings and make less than a $1000 a year as a hobbyist, but Coca-Cola, wants me to do a 30 second rendering for $400, I can't, because they obviously make too much money?

Even though I'm completely independent?

Thanks!

I am an individual working as a freelancer. Can I use Houdini Indie if I earn under $100,000 annually but I am contracted to do work for a large company that has revenues over $100,000?

If you produce final renders or baked out data for the large company then they are considered a client and you may use Houdini Indie. If you want to share scene files and assets then you are partners and will require a commercial license.

BTW. $400?

Coca-Cola Company Statistics
Coca-Cola Financial Statistics Data
Current Stock Value (KO) NYSE $38.58
Average stock value over past 10 years $26.25
Annual Revenue $47.51 billion
Total Cash Assets $16.97 billion

Thanks so much! That answered my question perfectly and favorably too.

Sadly I wished I would have found that on my own, so as to not bother the forum.

As for the $400 and Coca-Cola, both hypothetical. Just the first things that came to mind.

Thanks!
