FBX file import problem c4d to houdini

Hello,

I have been banging my head against the wall all day trying to figure this out, maybe someone can help me.

I have a very simple animation that I made in C4D and exported as fbx file to use in Houdini. When I open the fbx file back into C4D it works fine but when I import it to Houdini, it only recognizes the Y position of the animation(just bobs up and down) and none of the PLA animations. I am trying to use this fbx as an agent in a crowd simulation in Houdini.

It works in C4D but not Houdini, so is it a Houdini issue? Possibly my fbx settings in C4D?

Sounds like you may need to bake the keyframes for all your bones in C4D before you export.
