Edge extrude ? pull edge ?

Hi houdiners,
I have a question :?: maybe someone can help me :
Can we extrude or pull the edges like in 3dsmax/maya with houdini ?

Polyextrude. If you select an edge, the edge is extruded. If you select a polygon, the whole poly is extruded.
