i m not quite sure if i changed something in my program without knowing. when i start a new scene and scroll one time with my mousewheel it is already zoomed through my object. Is that normal. I know that i can zoom with shift, but i get the feeling that i ve accidentaly changed sth. Is there a way to change the zoom-increments ?

Try the new build, they fiddled with it recently to make it less aggressive.
