How can I modify this tutorial to use an animated fbx Agent instead of the test geometry?

This is an effects tutorial for turning objects into water:

If you watch the first 2 minutes you can see how we use a few booleans and a box to subtract sections of a secondary test geometry (Rubber Toy), revealing thin sections of it.

My issue is that I would like to use a animated FBX in which I import into my geometry with an Agent node.

When I link my Agent node in the same way as I do a test geometry (Rubber Toy), it does work/is not visible.

I have attached a screenshot of how I have set this up:

On the left you can see what looks like a turtle - this is the test geometry (Rubber Toy) successfully being subtracted.
You can see that it is attached to the rest of nodes in the obj panel.

We also see a chain of nodes agent1 - > transform1 - > unpack1 . If I were to attach these nodes in the same way as I attach the test geometry, it will not work.

Thank you for any and all help.
