I'm having issues getting a similar result as the effects shown in this video:

I want the explosion to roll out in every angle like in the video, right now mine is for the most part just going upwards.
And having those nice breakups between the smoke and the heat.
Suggestions on how to get that popcorn effect are also welcome!
