houdini 16.5 GI cache for camera fly through question

Hello, I'm trying to create a GI cache for a camera flythrough of my scene. There is no animation in the scene's environment. I was wondering what the best work through is for this particular situation. I've read through other posts and read that using the GI Light is the best way to accomplish this but I'm not sure how to implement it. I would really appreciate the help!
