What are you guys doing with this? It is not possible either to move or close. This window even goes over the browser https://monosnap.com/file/JvSlcuZ3zcu1ICAtIhLXlsAvkwcq4i [monosnap.com]

Unfortunately, 3ds Max 2017 was the year that the program was transitioning to using Qt, so there are some limitations to the UI. The main one being that the window can't be docked (which it can in 2018/2019). It's set to always float on top.
In the Options tab, there is a toggle for preventing the window from automatically opening when 3ds Max starts.
You can also close/minimize the window and re-open it later from the “Houdini Engine” menu at the top of 3ds Max.

You should be able to move the window though–are you unable to move the window at all?

BrandonAI can only move this window after I close Max's start window. It has been blocked before. Thanks for the reply!
