I AM TRY SO HARD TO GET SUBSTANCE PLUGIN WORK IN HOUDINI BUT NO LUCK. I TRY APPRENTICE 16.5 AND 17. ANYONE HAVE INSIGHT ON HOW THIS CAN WORK?

your best bet would be to contact SideFX support. they are wonderful at helping with issues you may have.

substance plugin is made by allegorithmic, so you should contact them instead.
I can't speak about their customer support, but the overall feeling I have is that they don't care at all about their Houdini plugin.
