So now you can actually put a post-render script in to generate a quicktime movie in windows XP without an external program. (except for quicktime itself)

I've found a script on http://www.xsi-blog.com/?p=103 [xsi-blog.com]
and I've made a little hscript xpmkqt.cmd that uses it. Just put it in your script path together with the jsQTtest.js file.

All you need to do is put something like “xpmkqt.cmd Ctest.mov” in the post render dialog box.

I just provide this quick hack as is. It should be enhanced to give it more posiibilities as it is tied to cops at the mo, but interestingly, this could work with the free downloadable quicktime. No pro version needed (although I haven't tested that)

Ta,

Dries.
