IK with effector rotates the bone on creation

Hi, I´m having an issue with a bone chain. I rotated the bones to have +x rotations forward. When adding an IK with twist effector the second bone of the chain rotates 180 degrees. Can´t find why it´s doing it, any ideas?

OK, I just found the problem, it´s in the bone rest angle …. Is there a reason why this paramenters are not in 0 by default?
