1.how the values get assigned inside a voxels ?
2.at each point reference to what in the snapshot ?



——-i'm wondering does the at each point in the following snapshot refers to subdivided 3-d grid of voxels points ??

It's a typo, each point means each voxel in that case

If you have volume with resolution 10x10x10 then you have 1000 voxels and therefore 1000 stored values

When you sample those values at certain world space position you will get interpolated value from neighbouring voxels
