I have made a simple telephone wire tool in Houdini, it has parameters for the height and radius of the pole and gravity, wind direction and length of wires. I used vellum cloth, vellum attach, and a vellum solver to simulate physics on the wires. The tool stops working when the vellum solver is present, even if not in the node network. I'm new to Houdini so I'm not sure if simulations are able to be a tool in UE4. I see videos on YouTube simulate cloth but they turn them into animations, I'd like to be able to change parameters while in UE4, like gravity, is that possible?

Any help with this would be amazing, this is part of my independent study in my last year of college.
-Thank you
