How to sim vellum on a geometry captured to bones?

What's the proper workflow to sim parts of geometry (painted masks?) on an animated skeleton with captured geo?

Are there any walkthroughs or example scenes I could look at?

Any hints appreciated!

You can use soft pin constraints with Match Animation checked, and paint the stiffness, stiffer areas will follow your deforming geo more
