Hello,

I am trying to move points along the surface of an object with the solver sop. However, I can't get it to work right.
My Intention was to calculate a cross-product from the Normals of the Previous frame and a vector like (0,1,0) and then displace the points along the vector of the cross-product.

Hey Lucca,

you don't need to animate the displacement amount. to see the effect of the solver you must not watch it from the “inside”. pin your viewport in sop level and tweak your settings there.
