Entering sums into keyframe input fields

Is it possible to somehow enter a sum into the selected keyframe input fields in Houdini ?

In Softimage or Maya I can enter a sum like “25+180” or anything like that to adjust all selected keyframes. And when you hit Enter, the value is adjusted to the sum, so in this case a value of 205.

But amazingly Houdini doesn't comprehend input like that.

I can only adjust the current keyframe x, y or z value that way, but it doesn't adjust the value and the curve seems to be converted to stepped instead of bezier. As soon as I set the curve back to bezier, the sum is lost.

And when I select multiple keyframes in the animation editor and enter a sum like that it doesn't work at all. So I can't seem to shift a whole range of keyframes by an exact amount in one go.

Is there another way to edit keyframe values like that ? Or do I really have calculate the values before I can enter them ?

Thanks,

R.

Hey toonafish,

if you want to shift values or frames in the animation editor you have to type +10 for example into the field. if you want to shift it 10 frames forward type +-10.
