So I am completly new to the world of Animation and 3D design.

I am following these tutorials but i came across a few where I dont have the certain forces Such as “Wind Force”

Im using the Free version which says on the website this:
you have access to virtually all of the features of the award-winning Houdini FX to develop your skills and work on personal…….


Maybe Im stupid and totally missing out on something here?!

Hi,

So you need to be in the correct context to access certain nodes. For the wind force node, you need in be in a DOP network because it is a DOP node. If you search the nodes in the documentation, it'll tell you what context they belong in.
