This is my first attempt at a model in Houdini, then exporting to Unity

My question is, why does my model have these lines on it? Its only one part of the model, and they can't be scene in Houdini or Substance Painter, only Unity

That looks like realtime shadowing artifacts - does it go away if you turn off your lights (or turn off the lighting preview in the editor view)?
