Hi

I was wondering if it possible to add custom options to the right click menu of the Scene Graph Tree and the Scene View in solaris.

Yep. $HFS/houdini/UsdStagePrimMenu.xml defines that menu and it can be modified like any other Houdini XML-based menu by adding a similarly named file somewhere in the HOUDINI_PATH.
