Triple chain IK/FK blend in CHOPS?

So I have set-up a triple chain arm... you know the drill, IK bones chain, FK bones chain, skinning bones chain, now I want to use chops for blending rotations of skinning chain between IK and FK, I could use constraints, but I dont want to, because I don't trust them, I'm a bit confused with Object Channel Node (target/reference) relationship... I mean how many of these you need... is it one per bone? And export node is confusing... if it exports something where those data go? Do I need to somehow connect CHOPS Export node with rotations values of a skinning bone in the chain in the obj level? I have a feeling I'm close to solution but something is missing...
