assuming both tubes are part of the same geo
1.
- select the geo and click on PolyBridge shelf tool or hit TAB/PolyBridge/Enter in the viewport
- or if you prefer nodegraph, append PolyBridge SOP node, select it, move cursor over viewport end press Enter
2.
- follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen
- so doubleclick on one of the open edges of the first tube to select the whole loop, Enter
- doubleclick on another, Enter
- similarly you can do polygon selection of the parts you want to bridge
3. you can of course provide such groups in procedural ways for source and destination Group parms respectively or play with parameters further
there is also help page [www.sidefx.com] describing the usage
