Is it possible to export Houdini rig and skinning into Maya?

As in the title, I'm curious whether rigs are universal and can be exported from Houdini and brought into Maya. I'm not experienced with rigging and am deciding where to put my efforts in learning. I'd love to dig into H's procedural rigging tools and KineFX, but most of the industry still animates in Maya.

If only certain parts can be exported (eg. rig and not skinning, etc), could you let me know this and anything else that might be useful when trying to build this pipeline?

Thanks so much,
Pete
