So I am trying to use polyreduce and clean to make an obj that's easier to use for boolean operations, but the polyreduce function keeps exporting as an open mesh whenever I take it into Rhino. Is there an option that I am missing in the node settings?

It might be the case that starting geometry contains already errors (like degenerate prims).
Try to append a Clean node before polyreduce.
