I somehow managed to install Houdini on my Mac with the old installer method. If I want to start using the Launcher instead, what is the procedure to switch? Do I need to uninstall the version of Houdini I already have installed first and the re-install with the launcher?

The installer has a menu item to import installations already present on your computer.
