Tree/Soil Wedges

Having fun with Side FX Houdini and Redshift render in my free time.

RBD sim - Bullet with constraint networks
Tree rig/sim - wire sim for trunk/branches/twigs
Leafs sim - bullet with constraints and POPs
Grass sim - wires + pointdeform
Soil - POP grains
Dust - Pyro

    Peter, how are you taking your wire sim and point deforming your tree afterwards to apply the wire sim to the mesh?

      Tyler, you need to prepare your data before sim and create matching groups or name attributes between splines and meshes. So it`s clear what mesh each spline belongs to. Then you can point deform it in for each loop base on the name attribute.
