I try to open hiplc file in the Houdini FX , But I take error message.
Maybe we can just open hiplc files in the new versions of the Houdini , right ?

.hiplc files cannot be used with the full commercial version of Houdini. However, I recall in the past that Side Effects would convert your Apprentice .hipnc scenes to the .hip format if you upgraded to a full commercial license, and I assume they'll most likely do the same for .hiplc scenes as well.

I poked around a bit but couldn't find a reference to this service on the site… I'd try contacting the support team and see if they can point you in the right direction.

It should work - H13.0.401 is most likely too old, before Indie was released I believe - try the latest builds.

I think you won't be getting an indie session unless you have an indie licence, regardless of having an fx license.
