Export anim to maya and then to fbx problem

Hi all,

I want to export my sim animation to Maya, and from Maya to fbx so I can use it in Unreal 4.

I managed to export to Alembic and import to Maya. The animation plays fine in Maya.

But I have trouble to bake the animation and export to fbx.

When I do so, the fbx has no animation.

Can someone help me find why, or is there an other more simpler way to export my animation to fbx?

What kind of sim animation? Is this a character rig, a deforming mesh, or something else?
