Can't connect to old account

Hi all,
Anyone has the same issue? I can't connect to my SESI and Orbolt accounts anymore. I used my gmail address and password to connect to both sites, and now i am left with 1+ years of emails, assets etc in the dark. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thanks for the heads-up. It appears that using the Side Effects Software login works instead; you may need to reset the password with your username and email.
