I am playing with the ocean toolkit and was wondering if there's a way the ocean surface and a rock/ship could interact with each other so the ocean creates foam around the geometry. Important: I don't mean an actual flip simulation.
I want to place a ship and maby some rocks in front of the picture. The ship is ment to explode. So is there a way the paro solver can use the ocean surface as colision ground?
i think if you convert your ocean into mesh surface then you can use it for collision ground. just don't remmember check defeorming geometry option in static mesh surface object.
To make it a collision ground wasn't that hard at all. But to make the foam interact with the object is the difficult part. In realflow for example it happens automatic when you add a foam solver.
