Perhaps it's down do to website changes or related to H13…anyway, thought I would ask what the deal is if somebody knows.

Yep, down again, I keep getting 403 errors. I was just using it too.
Using Houdini Indie 20.0
Ubuntu 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
nVidia 3050RTX 8BG RAM.
