I'm trying to set up cloud rendering and am finding little in the way of setup documentation. I get as far as singing up for AWS and arrive at the console then there's no obvious way to do this next part:

“you will sign up for Houdini Cloud Computing tools.”

There's a link to instructions I've seen on many threads but it's missing:
